The Ventos company is mainly focused on decreasing the nominal consumption of energy used in production and minimization of heat, cold and electricity production costs.
Considering the significant increase in the costs of energy (natural gas, heating oil as well as black and brown coal), it is our priority to utilize the primary input energy sources to the maximum extent.
Šumava Bakery, Jablonec nad Nisou – in this company there are 7 exhaust gas heat exchangers installed. 6 of them are to be found on the rotary oven and 1 on the stack oven of a total output of 65.5 kW. The system is connected to an existing air-conditioning network.
9 heat exchangers of a total output of 285 kW, 4 exhaust gas heat exchangers on box ovens, 5 exhaust gas heat exchangers on continuous ovens. The system is equipped with a delivery station, accumulation centre, water conditioning centre and a control centre. This project was extended by an air-conditioning recovery system and a ventilation system in the main production hall.
5 exhaust gas heat exchangers of a total output of 1335 kW were installed on the roof of the production hall being connected to a delivery station. In winter they are used for heating of the local facilities. For the summer period, the system is also equipped with an absorption cooling unit of an output of 600 W and a temperature gradient of the cooling water of 7 °C/13 °C. The infeed thermal output is 900 kW and the temperature gradient is 110 °C/95 °C.
A VENTOS heat exchanger is installed on the SOB drying line its output being 218 kW. The exchanger is equipped with a by-pass system. The system is connected to a currently existing heating system and linked through a secondary water/water exchanger heating the supply water and producing steam. Return on the investment in 2 years.
A VENTOS heat exchanger of a total output of 1.3 MW was installed behind a regenerative thermal separator for additional burning of pollutants from the operation of the paintshop. The HR system was connected to the existing system of central heating, heating the paintshop technological equipment and the supply water.
Utilization of the waste heat produced by a hot-water PVG 250 boiler (2650 kW). The output of the exhaust gas heat exchanger is 160 kW. The heat exchanger is connected to a backwater pipeline and warms up the backwater from the system. By installing a VENTOS exhaust gas heat exchanger, savings of gas are achieved for the burners heating the medium by Δt.
VENTOS VC03-8 AOI exhaust gas heat exchangers of a total output of 40 kW were placed into the flue gas installation of four ovens. The exchangers are used for heating water for the heating system by means of the flue gas passing through the chimney. The system is equipped with a VENTOS delivery station connected to the current system.
Utilization of waste heat from the Logano SK 740 hot-water boiler of an input of 1850 kW. The output of the VENTOS exhaust gas heat exchanger is 93 kW.The heat exchanger is connected to a backwater pipeline and warms up the backwater from the system. By installing a VENTOS exhaust gas heat exchanger, savings of gas are achieved for the burners heating the medium by Δt.
