Company History

Established in 1993 in the form of an association of two individuals, Mr. Petr Hanek and his wife, the VENTOS company was initially focused on designing and engineering.    In a year's time, the implementation of the designs followed in the area of air conditioning, aimed at verifying whether the designers' visions would come right when carried out in reality.     

The successfully implemented designs were subsequently extended by projects in the field of heating and thermal recovery.

Currently, the company employs over 150 people and offers comprehensive services in heating, thermal recovery and air conditioning, delivering turnkey solutions with all the stages from the design to its actual implementation included.     Of course, guarantee and post-guarantee service of a superior technological level for a reasonable price and matching all high-quality requirements is a matter of fact. 

In 1997, Mr. and Mrs. Hanek were successful in winning the selection procedure to become the prime contractor for the TOS Varnsdorf company, extending their activities by a machine-building division under the brand of Ventos s.r.o.

Initially, the company focused on mechanical working of sheet metal products of a thickness of up to 6 mm and delivery of weldments of a thickness of up to 10 mm.

After verifying the quality and flexibility of products, the customers started to request the Ventos s.r.o. company for deliveries of subsequently machinable weldments.   In response to the increasing demand, the Ventos company was equipped by numerous up-to-date machining devices.

Owing to further customer requirements for tailored production, the company management decided to establish a development department including the interrelated prototype and assembly shops.

By founding these new departments, the company became a manufacturer and provider capable of offering comprehensive services for solving the customers' requirements in the field of mechanical production engineering.
